If purchasing textbooks, you may use your NIACC ID number to apply textbook charges to your student bill.

Our staff processes and ships orders daily via UPS. On average, you will receive your order in 3-4 business days. During August and December, delivery may take a bit longer.

Returns
Most products purchased from this site may be returned for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new/sealed condition if applicable, and must be returned with all component pieces.
For a merchandise refund, the receipt and all tags must be present along with the unworn/unused item.
For a textbook refund, the receipt and textbook must be present. If the textbook was originally sealed, the seal must be intact. Textbook refunds are also only accepted up until one week after the term start date.
The refund will be posted to the original payment method.
Textbook Buyback
Textbook buyback is available in person at the NIACC BookZone during the final week of Fall and Spring semesters. Year-round textbook buy back is available through the link on our buyback page. Please recognize that the buyback prices will not be the same as your purchase price and that NIACC BookZone reserves the right to decline the purchasing of textbooks based on condition, availability, etc.

Online purchases may be completed using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or a BookZone gift card.
Students may apply textbook purchases to their NIACC Student Account using their NIACC ID number located on the front of their ID card. Purchasing general merchandise with a NIACC ID number is prohibited.
In-store purchases can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, BookZone gift cards, NIACC Cash, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.
